Our property management division focusses on placemaking and delivering management services throughout the lifecycle of our developments. With a focused range of services, we pride ourselves on having a tailored approach adding value to each of our assets, whilst enhancing the occupier, shopper, visitor and resident experience.

The role

The apprentice will assist the Property & Estate Managers in the delivery of services for the operational management of the property. They will assist and provide administrative support to the Property Management and the Estates team ad contribute to the safety and wellbeing of all users of the building/ estate. They will learn how the team operates and contribute to the success of Regent’s Place.

Duties

  • Support the Property & Estate Managers in ensuring that health & safety, emergency procedures and safe working practices are enforced and conform to current legislation.
  • If required, assist with emergency situations and execute evacuation plans.
  • Support the Property & Estate Managers in regular physical inspections of completed works and service contracts and of all areas of the premises.
  • Support the Property & Estate Managers with all aspects of routine correspondence and administrative duties to support the efficient running of the building and estate.
  • Support the Property & Estate Managers in maintaining good relationships with occupiers including the open communication of information on building issues.
  • Liaise with the service partner teams including Security, Cleaning, Reception and Maintenance
  • Attend training courses as required
  • Take responsibility for self-development and learning from the Management Team
  • Data entry and administrative support including assisting on reports.
  • Apply the Regent’s Place vision and values ensuring that they are fully integrated in to all of the buildings services.
  • Support the Community Managers and join initiatives, as well as a personal Community Objective.
  • Proactively support/coach colleagues to produce documents
  • Challenge working practices/procedures and suggest improvements
  • Organise and  learn to chair meetings
  • Manage logistics (manage how resources are acquired, stored, and transported to final destination)
  • Learn to lead projects to improve processes and/or operation.

  • Must NOT already have a level 3 qualification or higher in Business Administration
